If you’re ready to move with intention and reclaim your strength after C-section, this gentle yet empowering series will guide you back to feeling grounded, capable, and whole - setting the foundations for strength and functional training as you move forward.

Reclaim your strength after C-section with Madihah 

Join us in November for this 4-week series on Saturday mornings. We will blend mindful breath work, scar-aware movement, and gentle strength training to help you reconnect with your body, rebuild confidence, and move with ease again. Suitable anytime onwards from 6 weeks Post C-section. Ease yourself back into movement and exercise in a guided and gradual way, as the classes progress.

Because your recovery deserves as much care as your birth.

These small group classes will run our dedicated gym space in the Pelvic Academy in London N19 with Madihah.

We’re excited to introduce Madihah — a qualified fitness trainer specialising in pre- and postnatal fitness. Her practice is rooted in authenticity, female power, and the belief that movement is a form of healing.
