strength & Fitness
Our 1-1 strength and conditioning sessions are especially designed for folks who want to stay in good shape and reconnect to their pelvic floor and core in a safe and effective way.
These sessions are ideal for pregnancy, postnatal and later in life, especially if you are concerned about building strength for the future but don't want to worry about how your pelvic floor or abdominal muscles are going to cope. It is a perfect next step following a thorough pelvic health physio check and provides a seamless transition to building strength and fitness with all round good care and communication between you and your practitioners. We can keep you building good foundations within your body`s ability without bothersome symptoms from prolapse or incontinence.
Meet Naomi…..

strong like a woman.
I began my career as a fitness instructor at the age of 17 and worked my way up the ranks to then become a personal trainer. I worked on a cruise ship for two years and this is when my interest in massage began. I realised that I could help my PT clients tenfold if I could manage their aches, pains and injuries myself. It enables me to have a better understanding of the body mechanically which makes me more efficient at programming for them.
I am also a Holistic Core Restore Coach working with women to strengthen their pelvic floor, diastasis, recover from c-section or hysterectomy surgery, fitness through pregnancy and postnatal. I support women through the 4th trimester and beyond.
When I’m not working I am entertaining two very sassy girls!

strong like a woman.
I’m a functional and corrective fitness coach, specialising in Pre and Post-Natal exercise and pelvic health-focused training. I help clients build strength, restore mobility, and move without pain—supporting both postnatal recovery and whole-body wellbeing at every stage of life.
With five years’ experience as a personal trainer, specialist Pre and Post-Natal fitness qualifications, and four years working in NHS public health policy, I bring an evidence-based approach grounded in empathy. My background in mindfulness, mobility training, and body awareness—developed through years in youth work—means every session is tailored to your needs and designed to help you feel confident and capable in your body.
Whether you’re returning to exercise after childbirth, preparing for pregnancy, managing pelvic floor health, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more stable in daily life, I focus on building strong foundations, correcting imbalances, and improving functional movement for lasting results.
I believe movement is medicine—and every client deserves to feel strong, capable, and at ease in their body.”
