My approach is rooted in collaboration and support, ensuring you feel heard and understood at every step of your care. I work with women navigating pregnancy, postnatal recovery, prolapse, leaking, and other pelvic health concerns — whether you're an experienced exerciser wanting to get back to it safely, or you're not sure where to start and just want to feel more confident in your body again. Together we set shared goals and build a personalised plan around your symptoms and what matters to you, whether that's returning to running, lifting, playing with your kids, or simply everyday movement without worry.
Through targeted exercises and clear, honest education, I help you understand what's actually going on with your body and give you the tools to manage it long-term .
I'm a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and an Affiliate member of POGP (Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy), and I combine this with a strong musculoskeletal background to look at your whole body, not just one symptom in isolation. I find real joy in helping women move past leaking, heaviness, or fear of movement, and back into doing the things they love — at whatever level that means for them.
Away from the clinic, you'll find me doodling, bullet journaling, exploring London, or training calisthenics on rings and bars (and still chasing that handstand). I also lift weights for bone health — something I'm passionate about helping my patients prioritise too, especially through perimenopause and beyond.
